Surely they must be worried now , he has gone favourite again he was always the likely winner from day one although he has done little to deserve it.

To be honest he will probably win by miles and I suspect c5 hope that is the case.

On that basis surely they will have to reveal figures and reveal how ,any votes came in for him via an unofficial source

If he wins it will be a win based on a voting scam... maybe Scotty is in on it and it won't bother him , as long as he wins .

There's nothing to investigate. As long as the votes are counted accurately then C5/BB have done nothing wrong. If Scotty happens to come out on top when all the votes are counted, well done to him.

Scotty was always one of the strong favourites so it's not like this would be a massive upset.

I doubt there will be an investigation.
It's hardly the fault of C5 or Endemol if a third party does something slightly underhand.

Yeah there's bugger all they can do about this. I suppose technically this Gaz guy could get his hand slapped by an officer since he conned a few cretins out of 50p, but it's got nothing to do with channel 5 or Endemol and there's nothing they can do to stop it or make it fair now.

...and an investigation? It's not a presidential election, it's only someone getting crowned king of the numpties for a couple of months.

he did make a video of him celebrating being in the final before he even entered the house. so maybe this was the plan from the start.
i don't really care. i do want tiff to win but i haven't spent a penny, so i have no reason to be bothered.

That's true but folk will complain if it doesn't give them the result they want

If lots of people were fooled into voting for him, where's the corresponding flood of complaints from those who were conned?

The only reasonable conclusion to draw is that -- if the deception even happened at all -- no one, or virtually no one, was fooled.

Ahh well, people moan on every year after someone wins... The good thing this time, if Scotty gets it, is they're moaning can actually be legitimate!

My glass is half full

That's interesting perhaps a lot of Geordie shore fans haven't been watching big brother so had no knowledge what they were conned into.

But a lot will vote for him who have probably not watched five minutes of it

Funny.

Do you think there IS a flood of complaints? If so, point us to, say, 2-3 thousand of them.

Have you voted by phone? It's pretty clear that you've voted in BB if you do. So how would people not know they'd phoned a BB vote line rather than what they thought they were phoning?

Absolutely no idea! Don't even know where you'd complain to, to be honest.

Despite my moans I actually rarely vote

Can't remember the last time I did and who for to be honest , he wouldn't be my choice of winner anyway

Exactly! You'd expect a load of complaints if people were genuinely conned out of money. All there's been is a few angry tweets and a mirror article

maybe they are too embarrassed to complain. It's not BBs fault. Regardless, if he wins it will be a tainted win.

We now know that vote rigging has taken place and votes for Scotty were cast fraudulently and It will affect his overall finishing place, it will also put other voters off voting as they now know what has taken place and they will see no point, and If he does win by miles it makes no difference as the voting has been tampered with, they should of been honest and upfront about what the number was for and that it was a vote for Scotty on BB.

How do we know that any votes were "cast fraudulently"?

There doesn't seem to be any evidence that a significant number of people were tricked into voting when they didn't intend to, or that there will be any effect on his finishing place.

It's not so much the CBB winner which matters, but the money being placed at the bookies which is the problem. Betting scams are big business!

ETA - if Scotty wins over Steph, there will be an outcry - as she was 250/1 to win at one stage, and those who have backed her at those odds are being conned out of their winnings.
