She did go out in order to be treated for a dental abscess.

I reckon that was the cause for her concern about infection and the veneers were done before going into BB.

You just need to look at her promotional picture to see that.

Also it was shown Danniella having them done in Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, few weeks back

Danniella had said in the house a few weeks ago she had teeth problems. So this is hardly a shock. It sounds reasonable.

I remember when Ryan was allowed to leave the house to do XFACTOR tour rehearsals.

I suspect Tiff also left, maybe for a medical check up. There was one day when some house mates asked where Tiff was - John said on a task but implied that they should not discuss it.
