And it got me thinking about what makes a winner. Some of them have been paid a lot of money to be in the house, and they have been funny and entertaining which is what you want in a winner, but at the same time they have just done what they were paid to do and no more so does that make them a winner?

I watch a fair bit of reality TV do I'm not slagging off reality stars but in the grand scheme of things, they are famous for creating entertainment in real life situations, and that is why they are in the house as they aren't real celebs, so should someone like Tiffany who has been paid to be entertaining in the house, justify the win? Someone like Chantalle Houghton who was a nobody, who probably got paid very little then who want on to win, is a true winner as she gave us something we weren't expecting from her rather than someone like Tiffany who has done everything she was paid to do.

On a cv, your achievements are supposed to be things that you have done over and above expectation, rather than something you are paid to do. Isn't winning a competition the same?
