Geordie Shore and Big Brother are both broadcast on channels owned by Viacom.

I can understand the cast member's tweeting on their person accounts, but tweeting on the official show account seems sly to me.

It's fair.
His team are supporting him.

That's allowed. There is no trickery involved or anything, they're just promoting their own.
