Likewise if Tiffany leaves early, I will vote for Steph. I think what's mooted in the OP could happen, but not in large enough number to affect the winner.

Steph most certainly won't back her - John fans would naturally switch to Tiffany but I can't see it making that much of a difference to the total vote. Interestingly, IF (and it's a big IF) Scotty finishes 3rd and spends a chunk of it discussing Tiffany it may help her over the finish line but again he almost certainly will be top 2
