Yes, correct. But I think people were expecting her to be more "insulting" about it (which is usually a psychological ploy of someone who is trying to deflect the heat). She just came across quite genuine to me there. None of us know the truth. She needs to learn responsibility, no doubt about that, and she can't go around treating people like that anymore. But, the point she made about nobody truly understanding her feelings is something I have felt about her from the start and it rung true to me in that interview, just in the way she said it, and her body language.

Either that or she really is a great actress

She did try to deflect the heat by saying Sam had hurt her over and over again (or words to that effect). She's quite a closed door so I didn't expect her to open up about what had happened but she did it for her own means and to make herself look better.

My daughter is the same age as her and knows right from wrong and that other people have feelings and different view points, Stephanie doesn't seem to have that capacity but yet she wants other people to be understanding of her feelings.

That's not quite what the OP was saying though. I was talking about the moaning regarding her being in the top 3 - as in "still being there" - at the point when I posted it (when many people were, er, moaning about it!). Yes, I have given her praise over the series but also been quite critical of her. Glad you felt better for moaning about the thread though
