Exercise your democratic rights and report this to the Director of Public Prosecutions - write to your MP - speak to the police. That will start an investigation. Once "a complaint is received", the police have to act. I imagine you're talking about fraud here.
I only bet in small amounts what I can afford to lose got some money on Stephanie's each way.
However even I feel it's too risky betting on BB certainly evictions as the goal posts are moved all the time as regards the criteria

BB is rigged in many ways by the producers, but the voting must be above board and completely legit because people are spending money on it

sorry to hear that. Look on the bright side, some people lost thousands on her (stake-wise)
