Angie had a bereavement which obviously affected her badly. David left for health reasons. Jonathan just left because he didn't really need the money. There is a difference and I'm glad that the producers realised that Angie deserved to be asked back. It's a shame that David was absent but Jonathan was no loss.

Angies departure was totally understandable.
Their probably really peeved at him for walking as they had high expectations of what he'd have brought to the show if he'd stayed.

I didn't know that housemate's that walk were banned?
I assumed David and Jonathan weren't there as they'd returned to America.
Until the finale when Emma said "3 walked" the official line was that Angie and David left due to I'll health which is rather different to quitting.

There is probably more to this than has been said. Jonathan did return to the US right away. David I believe lives in the UK now and Angie may have stayed as she'd have loads of friends in the UK or maybe she lives there. She is Greek so she'd be able to live anywhere in the EU that she wanted to.
Maybe he wanted production to pay for a return flight and they (rightly imo) declined to. Thought they'd have flown in Tiffany's mother since she made it to the end and provided most of the entertainment during the show but that didn't happen.
David and Jonathan are both rather wealthy so they both may have just "blown it off".
