Not really a story but a fan of the show has held a fitness class.

Yes it is. Ian or Natalie, or both, nearly always attend the first meeting of a new Fitsteps class.



For anyone interested - Fitsteps classes are pretty much nationwide now; they're a fun way to get (or keep) fit, with routines generally based on steps from ballroom and Latin dance.

Fitsteps was the brainwave of Ian and Natalie; it is their franchise. The classes provide an alternative to zumba. jazzersize, etc. as all routines are based loosely on ballroom or Latin steps and rhythms. They are certainly proving popular.
