CS - Michael Rodwell's death
callumfreeman
09-02-2016
Eileen dumps Michael Rodwell and chases him down the street with a broom while he is wheezing and painting. He collapses and Gail exits the salon. She clamps her cheeks with her hands and simpers "oooooh you poor thing" She kneels next to Michael and cradles his beetroot face in her arms whilst he wheezes.

Eileen sneers "leave him Gail, he's not worth it"

Eileen struts away, whilst Michael wheezes his last. Andy and Steph exit the Bistro and Andy sees Michael lifeless in Gail's arms "Dad?" He says quietly. He then runs towards Michael's corpse and shouts "DAD"

Andy kneels next to Gail "is he?"

Gail nods

Andy weeps

Roll silent credits

The announcer speaks "How sad. Tomorrow night a special programme " Farewell Michael" will air at 7pm. For Les Dennis' top 5 favourite moments head over to the Coronation Street website. "

Again....nope.

I'd rather have Aidan's sock storyline on an infinite loop than the OP's idea.

Is Les Dennis leaving?

No. OP seems to have strayed out of the Fanfiction section.

You have it right that Andy and Steph would be walking out of the Bistro door just at just the precise moment he falls on to the cobbles.

Like your style, you got my hopes up then. I hope Queen Kate reads your thread.

No, I prefer this.

Andy intimated that his own dad hadn't been much cop - so up turns said Dad, played by a Ray Winstone at his most thuggish lookalike. He sets on Andy, fists swinging, and Michael leaps in saying 'Leave my son alone!" This of course annoys Ray Lookalike who assumes that Andy's mum played away. He turns his attention to Michael, landing a blow that floors him and he cracks his head on the kerb. Ray Lookalike runs off, whilst Andy staggers to his feet, and weeps over Michael - whose last words are 'I love you, son.'
