Just wondering if anyone knows what the relationship is between The People's Operator and EE?

Do EE own TPO in the same way O2 own GiffGaff, or do they just buy airtime from them?

Nothing to do with EE, also I think it may buy its airtime from an aggregator rather than EE itself - Although that info may be old.

Also TPO are switching to the Three network soon.

Do you have a source for that?

Maybe you are thinking about Life Mobile? They are the ones who are owned by EE.
