This guy reminds me of the people who used to work in visual merchandising in the department store I worked at, all very artzy, they'd walk around doing weird stuff with mannequins to look "edgy".
It looks like a shop or a bar. I bet people will knock on the door thinking it's a new local trendy bar.

Yeah I agree it looks great as a bar or eatery, not sure about as a house.
