If there is any truth in the report and just Sean and Georgia were in the room then some of the details can only have come from her and been leaked by someone close to her.”

Possibly, unless she told people outside the hotel room who were helping her, which you might expect to be the case. The trouble with all these suppositions is that you end up going round in circles because unless someone does an actual interview we don't really know (and then it's only one side). And far be it for The Sun to embellish any facts!

By the way just to put it out there no one I mean no one is backing up domestic abuse or what ever sort of abuse, I think that's a horrible accusation to make, I personally am concerned about how the story was perpetrated Via the sun the most unreliable source that has ever existed along with its buddies the metro and the mirror. I'm bringing this up because I believe some one had drawn up this conclusion and it has been ignored, but I wouldn't want to be accused of some how being for abuse when I'm simply stating my opinion about the source the SUN if anyone has forgotten.

Whatever the truth he clearly doesn't want to be drawn in to a tabloid circus and seems to be moving on, posting about his new job.

Georgia has seemed upset by cheating rumours and being blamed for the breakup. Best she now concentrates on her new life and doesn't respond on social media anymore, perhaps keeping all of her private life just that!

Indeed, any form of domestic violence is serious and not a topic that ought to be exaggerated or embellished but unfortunately is regularly sensationalised by The Sun and other tabloids. Unsavoury in itself.

Do you think that many people were really that bothered? People fall in love all the time, it's not always plain sailing. Almost certainly an overlap in emotions, but no proof it went further.

On the last point I hope you are right and I expect Georgia does too.

Some negative comments were apparently still being posted under a selfie she posted of her and Giovanni a couple of days ago and she again responded to them. That is according to what I read on here, I don't follow her.

I don't think most people have been so much bothered about any overlap and that they're together as much as the complete denials followed by immediately getting together and then blaming Sean for being jealous. If Giovanni's the one then it didn't need Sean to 'push' her in to his arms.

I don't know, I get the feeling she's pushing for him to publically react, it feels like this article is trying to force him in to saying something. I hope he doesn't.

Ts the 'black and blue' comment that I find the most embellished, I think. How many of the Celebs on finals night wouldn't be covered in bruises?

I am sick to my back Teeth of people spending their Days and Nights making accusations about Georgia without any evidence to support there claims and calling her I liar is not acceptable. If you don't like someone fine but to go on and on and on and on and on about the same subject is beyond belief.

It's frankly disturbing.

I wish everyone stop using the abuser. There is no proof.

I am not condoning any kind of violence. I would like to say, how I would react in certain circumstances and what has happened with a friend of mine.

I for one, always before starting a relationship told my partners, please breakup anytime without any reason, never ever cheat on me. I hate cheaters and will never forgive. People can always breakup and no need to cheat, IMO only the selfish people cheat. I don't know how will I react.

A friend of mine recently found some stuff on her boyfriend's phone and got angry, smashed the phone and asked him to explain and he had just tried to get up and leave and she had repeatedly told, don't walk away, I deserve an explanation, which he never gave and just said she is crazy. She is not an abuser, she knew he had used her, she at least deserved some honesty and apology. Which he never did, they have broken up.

I can see similarities here, he knew he had been taken for a ride, everybody knew there was something going between G&G( started long before the final), she needed him there and after the final, he of no use must have broken off, may be he even found some stuff on her phone. How would you feel when someone had made a fool of you in front of millions of people. Poor guy.

If this was released to coincide with Sean's new job offer, very very low.
Georgia is starting really bug me now.

Rant over.

Making such accusations of someone without any proof is ridiculous.

Exactly they all are, the pros too.

The article mentions Sean throwing her phone and breaking a bottle over his own head, but doesn't make any allegation he hit Georgia going on to describe her as 'black and blue' as you say. A gap there and one they know people will fill in themselves. Serious allegations that ought not to be reported on unless the whole story is known, and then only factually as in a court case.

A new story printed today and containing some very serious allegations is being discussed.

Exactly, none of us know how we would react. None of this means Sean isn't normally of good character, it was clearly an unhealthy situation.

What is unhealthy is jealousy, as is demonstrated by your remarks.

BTW this is a general point (who knows the truth behind the tabloids) but I'm finding the attempts to justify domestic abuse I have read on this thread very disturbing indeed. We are all ultimately responsible for our own behaviour; part of the reason that some women stay in abusive relationships too long is because they are made to feel that they 'provoke' or 'antagonise' the behaviour and it's their fault.”

I couldn't agree more

I see Sean having a trial by media and no concrete allegations being made, only whispers to malign his reputation. The timing of the release adds to that feeling. That is why I care about this story, I'm very glad that my personal experiences relating to my ex are long in the past and I've been happily married for a number of years now. No jealousy here.

The Sun has clearly had this on the back burner for some time. This story builds on the bare bones that were published when the news first broke when GG were spotted In Disneyland Paris i.e. that he'd pushed her away and that they'd had a huge row after the final.

I can't see any reason at all for Georgia want this to come out now and stir it all up again. Things had died down and it is far from feel good positive publicity. If she wanted that she could easily have done a cosy photo shoot with Giovanni and had a few grand in her pocket, maybe got a nice holiday out of it

I did feel some sympathy for Sean, it was obvious that GG had feelings for each other at the time of the final. However that does not excuse Sean his alleged behaviour. Could it have been fuelled by alcohol? Quite possibly, but again that is no excuse. I would be interested to see if he responds at all because make no mistake he would have known that it was going to happen.

I was using your remarks "Exactly, none of us know how we would react" you only get a reaction if someone is jealous but that is logic

I take it Sean will be suing The Sun if they printed Lies.

Being lied to repeatedly by a loved one can provoke a range of emotions and eventually drive someone crazy not knowing whether to trust their instincts or whether they're being paranoid. Then to find they were right all along and for that to be magnified by it all having played out in front of millions of viewers . . . who can say in the heat of the moment.

Personally I'm not a jealous person but I can't stand dishonesty, that I would react badly to and I can relate to a lot of what Sarah said.

What do you do when your lieing partner had cheated and used you. I don't condone violence, I also don't condone cheating and using innocent people.

No I'm not, I'm pointing out that even if some of this happened it doesn't mean he's a serial domestic abuser.
