But what would she be charged with - is it a crime to just stand by and do nothing whilst you suspect/know a crime has been/is being committed? I know that professionals (health workers, teachers etc)
now have an obligation to report any suspicions they have but am not sure this applies to the general public and is a recent thing even for them so presumably wouldn't count for historic cases??

She knows nobody (apart from Aaron/Chas) and it's not like they get on, especially after Aaron discovers she knew about what he was going through. So then you think well then somehow Liv arrives alone but how? There is surely no way that Aaron would be assigned as her guardian when surely there would be more appropriate family on Sandra's side? Maybe she runs away to Aaron and Sandra just lets her stay. I don't know?

What would be the ultimate mother's revenge for Chas? To take Sandra's child from her. Sandra denied her the right to protect Aaron I reckon Chas is going to want to deny Sandra the right to raise her child.”

Robert and Aaron may get together but that doesn't mean immediately they start living together. Even if they did I hardly call a brand new relationship between those two stability. Shhhh - you're applying logic/sense to a soap storyline (silly you!

!). Of course there'd be other people Liv would more likely stay with (than her long-lost brother) if she really did decide that she wanted to live somewhere other than with her mum (but maybe they'll say that Sandra cut herself off from her whole family when she left Gordon or that her whole family died in a horrible accident involving an explosion in a toffee factory or falling down a well or being squashed by a block of frozen toilet waste dumped from a plane

**) But as Liv is 14/15 I would imagine that s/s would take her views in to account and let her stay with Aaron if she wanted that (you can definitely make that choice for yourself when you get to 16) but they would have to have some involvement with the situation (probably doing a CRB check [eeekkk!

!], risk assessment) as it would be classed as a private fostering arrangement. Although, I suppose if Aaron is still living at the pub (and we have no reason to think he won't be, do we?? [and NO hopes/dreams/desires DON'T count

]) that might make things easier because Chas would be there too?
** insert your own storyline here
