Hopefully not. It's a really really stupid thing for him to do but there's no malicious intent there. I'm presuming this actually won't have any bearing on the case eventually and that justice will be done anyway. It's not like he's doing it to purposely ruin the case, it's a desperate (and stupid!) thing to do, he's doing it with good intentions.

Looking forward to Aaron and his sister.Robert will understand Aaron's need to want to protect her and he understands what it's like having a younger sister-they have that in common There probably will be tensions ahead though as if Liv becomes a regular villager then Aaron will be on full protective mode all the time.She will most likely get annoyed at him a lot for interfering just like Chas does with him.I don't think he will be laid back with her-he could become like how Cain is with his kids and Aaron lol

There is a lovely interview with Danny in Tv Times. Different to the others. It's more about him and how he deals with the story and life on Emmerdale and stuff. It's really good.

I won't be annoyed with him at all-he does it through desperation and love and it will sort itself out.Aaron will see that eventually.Cain,Chas and Robert have all been desperate to help Aaron and all make mistakes in trying but that's natural in a situation like this.Cain tried to get Gordon to kill himself.Chas goes all vigilante and goes round and spray paints stuff on Gordon's car and shouts about what he really is and gets cautioned by the police.And then Robert pays someone to be a false witness-all with the view to helping Aaron whom they all love

They are? I mean most of the time when Robert has done something 'bad' it's been because he's just being a douche or for his own gain. With this, it's to try and help Aaron. It's a stupid and dangerous thing to be doing but it's coming from a good place so not sure why people would hate him about it. It also comes to nothing and doesn't alter the ultimate outcome so...

I've seen on tumbler & twitter that people already are saying if it turns out Robert has paid Ryan they'll be so mad & disappointed with him one poster said it's actually sick that Roberts paying some kid to make up disgusting lies like this! It's typical.
I'm not angry at all with him, he's desperate. But Aaron obviously will be annoyed & this is why he will tell Rob there only friends & nothing more.

I think it remains to be seen why the only friends thing comes about. Maybe he would be saying that anyway as he's just not ready for anything else. He needs support and friendship at the minute not romance or sexual relationships. So it could be just that rather than as a result of Roberts actions. But that also could be the reason. I don't think we will know until he says it and exlplains it.

Has it been confirmed that rob pays ryan as i thought the phone call he made was to find sandra? And we first see ryan when chas is spraying Gs car so he could then go to the police to say its true? Could it be possible that we could be mad at him for a different reason, maybe to do with sandra/liv and him interfering that way or am i clutching at straws😁And maybe missed something?😁 Maybe he will redeem himself and pursuade sandra to testify? Oh my head hurts thinking of all the possibilities but if hes so mad at chas for nearly derailing the case then why would he do the same? Oh i need next week now haha

They must have a relationship chat surely as I don't really understand why Aaron would say that to Rob as far as Roberts concerned there only friends anyway & he's ment to be left devastated when Aaron tells him this, so for Aaron to finalise the "where just friends" there must be some sort of talk about where things stand I would think.

I love how Aaron automatically slips into big brother mode when he first meets Liv. Aaron is the perfect candidate to be a protective big brother. Liv will probably move to the village and Aaron will look after her. I think it could be the making of Aaron.

Not surprised that Sandra knew something was going on but why didn't she say anything at the time? Was she frightened of Gordon too. For Aaron it's like someone else who he loved as a child let him down. Obviously she will save the day in the end.

If Ryan is a false witness paid by Robert, I can't be mad with him. His heart is in the right place. It's his moment of desperation. We've already had Chas and Cain do exreme things out of desperation. Ultimately it's going to make things worse. Aaron will look worse in court plus there is the whole thing of Aaron worrying about the victim being his sister and that him not coming forward has caused someone else to go through the same thing as him plus getting his hopes up that there is more evidence against Gordon.

I am a bit worried about Chrissie/Andy. I don't think it will be as simple as Robert not being bothered at all. It's a perfect storyline to cause more trouble between the Sugden brothers but it's not from a Robron fan perspective. At least I think we can guarantee Robert won't be bothered about Chrissie being with someone else it's just that it is Andy that will annoy him. If it all works out in the end that Chrissie and Andy can be happy and so can Robron and they can all get along that would be good
