Just read it all. Glossed over it before. Am shocked at how hostile it was. I really don't see a problem with a person saying that they love Aaron & Robert's character's. In the main thread there are loads of posts from people saying how much they love Nikhil etc. I don't see a problem with that either!!

they talk as if they're the ones being marginalised when they're the ones who spring on others Facepalm

I've only recently joined the ED threads & I have had a lovely welcome, but now after reading the negativity towards people who like Robron, I'm worried that if I praise Aaron or Robert or am excited about a good scene, make a joke etc., it will go down like a lead baloon in the main thread.

I just want to be friendly & joke & have a laugh with everyone, on all the threads, even if we hold different opinions & ship different people!!

Zoe Henry was really good tonight.Rhona isn't a favourite character of mine but I do like her,just something about her that I don't find too interesting.However it was good to see Zoe getting her teeth into a strong bit of drama and doing it well.Its funny because Cain is one of my top characters and Jeff one of my favourite actors on the show-would be kind of nice to see them both involved in some good drama because they rarely interact in the show

Of all of the travesties, what with the recent story. oh well.

I agree with you she was really good. Wives finding out about affairs not my favorite soap storyline by a long shot. Its such an overdone trope and usually no one acts in a realistic way. I was surprised Zoe did a very good job tonight while sticking to very realistic drama.

No-one was horrid to Reserved from what I saw. Reserved was just asked to be nice about Robron & it blew up when other's picked it up from there. Was saddened by it.

At the moment the main daily thread is obviously talking mostly about other plots like Paddy's affair & Nikhil & Leyla.

Next week with Aaron back, the episode focus is naturally his abuse storyline, so people will discuss it there anyway, even if no Robron fan is on it!!

Abrighty, I replied to a comment someone made about Zoe being a superior actor than Danny and I said how Zoe was fantastic but Danny could convey emotion on a very different dark storyline and how if you love a character you'll think it's better acted. I was jumped on by two different posters, posting passive aggressive remarks but made all better with the use of the smiley.

As for the rant.....my word! To get that het-up over that was bizarre. Thought they were going to have a coronary!

Probs best to stick to this thread and remember the golden rules out on the MF - Agree with other posters, keep your head down, don't mention A or R and don't forget to love robron!

Just finished today's show.

I loved it. I feel for poor Rhona and for Harriett also because I like her and I think that Ashley didn't treat her good. even if Laurel and Ashley obviously belong together I don't know I just feel sad for her.

I love Meghan lol when she was talking about Jay. She is so funny.

And our robert giving a pep talk to his future mother in law. Nice job

I didn't vote in the final. I didn't feel like I wanted the drama which has come anyway from some of them out there.

Delighted the boys made the final and that was plenty for me.

At the end of the day it's all that matters

I guess they don't need us to bring drama.

They can do it by their own

Sad that people can't just appreciate actors and performances for there own sake and have to get into arguments. I think its really comparing apples and oranges. Danny and Zoe couldn't swap storylines. Aaron's child abuse storyline needs a young adult to make it work and Rhona's storyline is written for a middle aged woman.
