i'm watching a let's play on youtube and i switched tabs to check the thread so as i'm browsing, i suddenly hear: "there are too many dingles dingling around." now i am going to think of this anytime i see a dingle on screen.

I may be a bit dense, but who is AF??
Even if someone hates Aaron's character, I really don't get how it could be said Danny's a bad actor. IMO he's very raw & real & amazing. As I've posted before, I personally first realised just how amazing an actor he was in the ep's when he came out to Paddy. Seem's to me people are letting their dislike of Aaron say Danny's acting is bad, which is ridiculous. He's been superb. I've been really moved by his performance.
On another note, I've never been that bothered or keen on Jai. Don't know Ross well enough yet. Seems OK. Never liked Andy's character. I do enjoy watching Cain though & Chas & think they're really great characters.

Yes that's who they mean. You only have to compare Kirin's leaving scenes after his hit and run to Aaron's recent scenes to see who is the better actor. Adam Fielding couldn't have done the abuse storyline.

Yes but to be fair most of that was down to bad writing and I think they could have given Adam better material and he would have played it ok.I also think Danny is in a different league but that's my opinion and I respect that others don't agree

I got the impression in that final episode Adam just didn't want to be there and the writers were happy to oblige him. It was quite a lackluster performance.
Danny is in a different league I can't imagine this storyline given to any other actor. Others can I guess, but my feeling is its cast perfectly.
I like characters for different reasons,some because I just like their personality etc and they are nice and some because I find them really interesting to watch and also that the actors do such a good job of portraying them,especially the bad ones.I tend to like the ones who entertain me the most as afterall that's what it's about.Two of my top six characters are Cain and Charity because they are interesting to me,and entertaining and they take me away from real life.The actors are great at playing them.In reality I would not like Cain or Charity at all.Then again I wouldn't really like Robert either or Chas,who are two of my other top six characters.Robert has so many layers and is very complex which keeps me watching.Aaron is another I love, who is another complex character which for me is interesting.Both Danny and Ryan portray them brilliantly.Everyone has their favourite characters and favourite actors and I suppose that's what it's all about

This is so funny you have to post this. Where do people get the idea that fictional characters that you enjoy have to be people you would like in real life? When people say that soap characters should be teaching real life moral lessons I just can't understand that. Its fiction, fiction is all about exploring situations you have not lived yourself.

From what I've seen of AF as Kirin, I didn't think the acting was that good tbh. I've missed big chucks of his character in the past, so I don't know how good he may have been previously.
Danny IMO is in a totally different league & mega talented. I don't really want to be mean about AF, but his acting didn't do it for me!!

Been so with coursework at school that ive just read the spoilers for next week,super excited to see it all and even more excited to see robert get kicked in the nuts
Disliking paddy right now he used to be one of my favourite characters but i hope he redeams(sorry for the spelling) himself by caring her aaron.But I was so suprised with rhona i never knew she could be so sassy,brillamt acting.Hoinge for more scenes of robert today wasnt really alot yesterday and maybe more of chas and cain im interested in what they found in aaron old school report,or dont they find anything
