Just wanted to check something out before going back to Humax.
Certain buttons on the remote control, especially the 'commercial skip' forwards/back buttons, have been not working quite often lately. On contacting Humax, they suggested I reset the remote by removing the batteries then holding the power on/standby button for 20 seconds or so, presumably to discharge it fully.
This seems to work for a while, before I need to repeat the reset operation again to return functionality.
This seems like a dodgy remote to me, but before going back to Humax I wanted to check for any other relevant experiences or opinions here?
