Just read stumbled over this and have to say that reading it broke me.
It's a wonderful piece of writing by someone trying to get over putting their dog down.

Just though it was worth sharing here as many have have to do the same for their loved pets, myself included a few years ago.

Yes I saw it on facebook myself - made me a bit emotional.

Beautifully touching read. Made me think of my dog a lot, I hope that is what happened when he was put to sleep.

My dog has a terminal condition and I'm just choked here.
