I think it's only for celebrities with verified accounts at the moment. I believe it will roll out to the public sometime in the future.

I've got the option to do it on my account and I'm not a celebrity! They like to test things with certain users before a full rollout, so that's what it'll be.

As with everything Facebook it's rolling out on iOS devices (usually beginning with iPhones) and then Android/Windows Phone.

Android hasn't even got the profile videos update yet.

Hi

I had the option to Live Stream when Facebook last had an update for iOS, last week or the week before.

I'd be more happier if Facebook rolled out support for Live Photos to the public on iOS

So is this still being trialled then? I'm pretty sure i read that it was now available on iOS, but whenever i tried uploading a live photo it only uploaded the still.

Yeah I've had this for a bit now. Certainly isn't celebs only.

Live photo support would be good, surprised Instagram hasn't been the first to inpliment it.

Does Facebook enable this on a account basis or a device basis

Just noticed that my iPad Air now has the option, yet my iPhone 6 does not.
Yet they both access the same Facebook account
