I have received a poor internet service from talk talk since 3 November 2015 and now it is 18 February 2016 and my problem is still not resolved. They are only willing to offer refund for the last 30 days which i find annoying because i have constantly complained about the services. After speaking to a manager who agreed to remove all cancellation charges i received a letter with the cancellation charges on them. Has anyone experience the same as i have.

Have you considered making a formal complaint as per TT's complaints procedures, and contacting the CEO's office. That is the only way to resolve your problem, but be polite and to the point.Email Ms Harding direct if you feel that strongly!!

TalkTalk's customer service does seem to be very patchy. Plenty of the customers (myself included) have nothing to complain about, but there have also been a lot of disgruntled voices on these forums, indicating that my experience is not universal. It seems to boil down to who you get on the other end of the line. I would follow Biggles001's advice and see what happens.

I had a very bad period after I upgraded to "super fast fibre". The bandwidth was up and down at different times of the day, often lower than before I upgraded. Watching iPlayer (or similar) was a total lottery.

I called Talk Talk several times week for a few weeks to complain, they "monitored" my line and eventually it seemed to get resolved, but it was very slow and they never admitted there was anything wrong at their end.

I was not impressed, but at least I can now watch catch-up TV without worrying I'll never make it to the end of a program.

I find if you use the TalkTalk forum and post your problem there it get's resolved much quicker and without the endless hassle of someone on the phone reading out a script (which all companies do not just TalkTalk)

Also try using the online chat feature on the TalkTalk website, I tried to get an offer to make me stay with them when my contract was up, no luck when I phoned up but got a great deal via the chat.
