Please if any one is receiving this message - STOP the 'Head, shoulders, knees and toes' commercial, I do not even know what it is advertising since I turn the radio off every time it plays.
Sometimes I forget to turn it back on.
Please stop it

I am probably the only one that enjoys it ! If I hear it when in the car, I sing-a-long

Maybe you are not enjoying because you need to get your hearing checked

If it's any consolation the 'Head, shoulders, knees and toes' ad: drives me nuts too.

Just been watching it on TV. Political satire is officially dead in the UK because no one could write this stuff

It's a Farage stunt.
It is the UK government and not the EU who gave fishing rights to just three companies three years ago.

Actually it could not have played out better for Nigel if he had paid Geldof to do it. He has turned what would have been a fairly routine gesture into something that has the "hacks" crawling all over it.

WTG Nigel !!!

That wouldn't surprise me.

(Ahem). I wonder who that person was on BBC2 last night who in attempting to be witty was cringingly embarrassing instead. I believe he said he lives in NW9. Sounds familiar?

What a cracking job Iain Dale did interviewing Nicky Morgan this afternoon.

She was representing George Osbourne with his ridiculous emergency budget proposals and Iain Dale treated the subject with suitable disdain. Well done Iain if you're reading. Like a lot of your callers afterwards I congratulate you.

I particularly liked your question " Do you really think people are stupid?"

To Nicky's credit as a professional politician she stood up to the grilling quite well, albeit with expressing rather hurried speech patterns but then the pressure was really on her.

I hope others on here heard this outstanding piece of radio.

Thank god Clive Bull's talking some sense in to some of these idiot callers that are phoning in with their ill advised misconceptions on the EU and EU immigration.

I rarely catch Drive but I made a point of listening today because I wanted to hear Iain v Osborne. Sadly it wasn't to be but, like you, I enjoyed his encounter with Nicky Morgan. Excellent radio, which is frequently better than the similar stuff we getting on TV because there are no visual distractions,

I feel that she is the Conservatives' Jacqui Smith.

That isn't automatically a good thing.

What did it for me was when that teacher asked her if someone else - male as it happens - should be doing her job and she replied "you are only saying that because I is a woman".

It was very sweet of Iain to get David Cameron to record congratulations to Steve for his Arqiva award. Bet that's the first time the PM has name-checked Kerry Katona and Peter Andre!

Yes fair enough. I think Steve has a right to gloat on that one.

Also interesting to hear what Fanny was saying about their Rajar meetings at global. How they all meet up on the 7th floor and sit around having to explain themselves. Apparently they had a meeting yesterday.
