But he's not, so you're all over it instead. Double standards indeed.
Unless there is another Tommy Mar aged 52 in the village then why was he subscribing to a South African white supremos magazine? |

Why does NF and some brexiters seem so keen to disprove the possible BF connection?

James O'Brien said he wanted to talk with us and not at us before talking at us for nearly a quarter of an hour. Talking about immigrants, he said: "the people we never meet. the people who clean our officers".
"We" means he doesn't just mean himself. Why does the demographic from which he comes have so little respect for cleaners that they don't meet them? Jo Cox, the person James is talking about, apparently did interact with parliamentary staff who did jobs like cleaning. I wonder what he'll say if it emerges that Tommy Mair had a grievance against Jo Cox about a personal matter. |

How the hell is JOB privy to the knowledge that the killing of Jo Cox was politically motivated ie "the toxic landscape of the last few years" Is he using his rant to discredit his usual target. There have been no charges yet and certainly no trial.

Presumably they hope to stop brain dead idiots from making political capital out of the death.
As JOB has just said, it is not proven yet but it is certainly plausible that the hate that has poured out of certain people has been a factor in this death. No doubt JOB will get called all sorts for today's show. By the people who applaud the hateful Hopkins and her views. Good. Let them complain. Let's see them out in the open. |

Really good caller, Chris, just ended his call. Made some excellent and cogent points, I felt. Agreed with what he said about all those little drops of sand ending up causing a landslide, but few of those people who dropped a single grain would see themselves as having contributed towards it. Absolutely spot on, IMO.

JOB using the death of this women to push his own political view, he talks of hate well he didn't mind the hate when Nigel Farage was threatened by a mob in Scotland or when or George Galloway gets attacked. And remember folks the Alex Salmond reaction to Nigel Farage being threatened,he refused to condemn it. Quote:

And thats what makes him such an unprofessional broadcaster, he is just a sentence away from blaming UKIP for her death.

Do you mean making political and financial gains from death like Hopkins does?

No doubt JOB will get called all sorts for today's show. By the people who applaud the hateful Hopkins and her views. Good. Let them complain. Let's see them out in the open. She is unlike certain commentators whose agenda is geared towards their political leanings and is intended to prop up whichever party they favour. Kelvin MacKenzie is a notorious proponent of right wing views. Polly Toynbee will find a left wing take on anything and everything. She's surpassed herself in today's Guardian, with as nasty a piece of gutter journalism as I've read in a long time. How you view the comments of all these people depends from which side of the political divide you view them. The death of Jo Cox, with its unsubstantiated rumours about the killer's intentions, has been seized on by Remain campaigners with relish as an opportunity to blame the Leave campaign. |

I honestly don't think Hopkins has a specific political agenda. She says what she thinks, not because she's promoting the right wing but because what she thinks happens to coincide with what is perceived by those who like to categorise these things as right wing.

Very unusual for someone with no political agenda to have stood as a candidate to be elected to the EU Parliament. |

Jo's husband said, himself, in the statement released after his wife's murder, that it was a hate crime... ![]() IMO, James is using this dreadful murder & Jo's previous political utterances, as a mouth- piece for his own political views. IE. digs at KH ; the more migrants the better & that it is rare for one parent mothers to require support from the tax-payers... All his callers seem to be agreeing with him.......so far !!! Happy Friday & commiserations to Jo Cox's family. |

She stood as an Independent. I think that means she wasn't prepared to support any of the established parties.
Which you earlier said you didn't think she had. |

I've just subjected myself to 45 minutes of JOB. 45 minutes of despicably snide broadcasting. He's set himself up as judge, jury and executioner.
Does he know for a fact that Mair read newspapers ? Does he know what his browsing history is ? Does he know what broadcast media he listened to/watched The answer is no, but he's jumped to a conclusion that fits his own agenda. It's disgusting. |

Not a bad programme at all from JOB but the point that Mary Cray MP made is interesting, isn't it. The one about what an MP does if someone rings them, quote, a hundred times about a subject during the night. She asks the mental illness teams whether the person - OCD? - is known to them.
And yet 24 hours news with half hour bulletins delivers the same point nearly a hundred times - 96 - in just 48 hours. Add in comments that can occur in news during one night and that is also the one hundred in one night. Is it then two sides of the same mental illness? Whatever goes in may go out! (I would argue that much of social media use is for many a coping mechanism for broadcasting influx) |

Did you not hear JOB say that very little is proven apart that the poor woman is dead? Did you not hear him say that in his opinion it is perfectly plausible that the current rhetoric could have pushed him towards the dreadful act

Disagreement with the presenter is not allowed on J O'B's show. At least, not unless you enjoy being belittled and sneered at
Which spreads hate.

And so am I. |
