A somewhat old-fashioned expression but "J'OBs truth is the only truth": he poses in front of his mirror each morning chanting this mantra and by the time he gets to the studio it is immoveable

BTW She did own Boris”

She appeared to, by constantly interrupting him and shouting 'Liar'. And who got the standing ovation at the end?

He actually cut off a female psychologist, who I thought was talking sense. Now he's back on politics so - 'bye-bye'!

I bet he doesn't mention that dreadfully racist tweet from Lord Alan (Remain) Sugar. Only the Brexit side are racist in J O'B land.

You must have missed the bit when Ruth read out several Boris quotes and his only response was to mumble Project Fear?
Boris is supposed to be this huge intellect yet he cannot explain his own words.

I did take the occasional break over with the football. There's a pic of Ruth and Boris having a cuddle after the debate.

I see Anjem Choudary has come out for Remain.

Ah yes. That oxygen thief was asked by those lovely Brietbart people about the EU.
Not sure why anybody apart from Brietbart would care or want to know this.

Yes that did surprise me, especially considering that Cameron has no problem saying he wants it down to tens of thousands. I suspect the Leave campaign are being very careful not to be labelled as "anti immigration" and in fact Boris started by talking about the good points of immigration so it would have been hard for him to say he wanted it reduced.
BUT the simple fact remains that a points system hands the government of the day (not the leave campaign) the control to do whatever they want with immigration, increase, decrease or no change.
I suspect that in the near future Cameron will come under more pressure to explain why the government does not use the controls they already have, to reduce the non EU immigration. His position is unsustainable, he wants it reduced, he has the controls to reduce it but he does not do it, hard to understand.

I thought all celebrity endorsements were welcome - at least, to those of us who are interested/amused by the trivia which lightens the heavyweight stuff. I was amazed when Lily Allen came out for 'out'. Beckham's 'in' but Posh keeps changing her mind. Hilarious!

Are you sure about Lily Allen? Please don't make me Google to find out for myself but her anti BNP song alone would mark her as a remain voter.

Yes, you're right. She's an 'in'. Thought it was odd that she'd go against all those other deep thinkers like Geldof, Church and the bloke in the pink beret.

I gave it up in the late 80s.

I suppose all the luvvies who've declared for Remain are worried that they won't be able to visit their off-shore money.

That's the spirit!
Usually Tories would call people who say what you did as indulging in the politics of envy.
Must be tricky for Brexit Tories to remember which slogan they should trot out. Some of the old favourites just don't work now.
Best to stick with TAKE BACK CONTROL which must have been spouted a couple of hundred times by Boris et al last night.

ive always seen her as shouty insincere politician rather full of herself. nothing ive seen/heard has changed my view about her.

i find the media response just as insincere, she was ok but nothing more than that and interestingly the biggest cheers came after sadiq khans iinterventions.

To be fair most things on either side have been spouted a hundred times, I mean how many times can you say something in a different way. I can also make up my own mind without the help of Shouty Cumberbatch, Lily Cole, David Beckham and The Bloke in the Pink Beret, who drinks in my local by the way and made Question Time one of the most bizarre and entertaining programmes in the debate.

Rich middle aged bloke.

SIX children.

Moaning about house prices for his kids.

We live in a country of 65 million.

Just 10,000 blokes who have six children who themselves have six children with them in turn having six children adds 2.16 million to the population in just a few decades.

Liked Ruth up until last night. She came across as aggressive and hectoring. Her performance drove the undecided into the Leave Camp.

I can finally reveal that behind this online moniker, I am in fact David Beckham. Now, if you can just lend me some money, I'll give you my bank details...

No I vote my honest opinion in a polling booth but I tell the complete opposite to stupid polls just to mess the results up so the prats in the media and smarmy politicians get egg on their face..........Did that Liberal democrat ever eat his hat I wonder
