thanks. not lefty nor liberal.

cant be either of those whilst being a fanboi of Gove. i suspect (and from what i know of his friends/associates) he is closer to that wing. Think Blair .. language of the left/centre but policies that are thatcherite neoliberalism - the right.

hybrid only in terms of public persona to sell his wares.

He does it on purpose. He often stops mid sentence and makes an exaggerated performance of taking a drink. Who knows why he thinks this is in any way entertaining. It may have been this morning when he was going on about a craving for cold water. One might think that after all these years he might recognise that it is almost certainly because of his absolute failure to manage his diabetes.

Was Michael Gove not one of the few MPs revealed to have claimed the maximum possible amount on expenses, year after year? And to have decorated his house (s) lavishly at taxpayers' expense?

That said personally I hope he does become PM, so that he is the one facing the music when the United Kingdom disintegrates and the economy collapses.

Or, it could be woefully bad manners along with a total disrespect for his listeners.

If JOB continues to take Nigel Farage apart and continues to give UKIP supporters as long as they need to reveal themselves on air, I am happy for you to perceive whatever you like.

It sounds as if you despise this country and can't wait for its downfall.
I've no idea whether you are British or from elsewhere but, either way, nobody is compelled to stay here.

Michael Gove should be congratulated for having the balls to get rid of the appalling 'Bojo'. The best thing Gove's ever done as well as proving Boris isn't quite as smart as he and his naive fanbase like to think he is.

Never have I known a case of an MP, so disingenuous and so determined to hoodwink the public into furthering his own career by playing the fool - even to the point of pretending that he wanted to leave the EU while heading the Leave campaign when he really had no intention of doing so.

It is sad that it had to take Gove doing what he did to make Bojo step away from the race. But it is right that Boris did not win the Tory leadership and that meant preventing him from standing. Boris is to the Tory grassroots as Corbyn is to the Labour grassroots. Unfortunately, with the country as fragmented and split as it is (notwithstanding the issues to do in and with Scotland), neither man is the right person to bring the country together, attend to the Brexit issues, or even to attract enough voters apart from the grassroots to vote for them in any coming election. And I for one am getting weary of the divisiveness created in both parties and the country at large. None of the problems we have (as diverse as they were) are ever going to be coherently addressed in this kind of hostile atmosphere.

I am avoiding all news channels atm (broadcast and radio) until some semblance of sanity resumes.

Not necessarily

I read it as a proof of the pudding sort of comment

Nigel Farage: "Can I make a suggestion? "

After your poster....
No.

The favourite/likely deal (Norway Ish) is similar to now. But without you. The Weekly Payments will be eyewatering so you will probably self combust.

He's either super-sensitive or he's on auto-block as soon as he reads one negative word in a tweet. Seems to me he's got his head up his own backside I'm afraid, ladies and gentlemen.”

He can't take any form of criticism. He's pretty good at dishing it out though.
Maybe he'll change when he grows up.

Or the fact that he's a few miles short of being the sharpest tool in the box! When he said this morning "I don't actually know where Texas is" and "I didn't realise that Heathrow Airport still sold duty free" I even felt a bit sorry for him.

He seems happy enough most of the time. They do say ignorance is bliss.

I believe in accountability, do you not? As one of the main instruments of the unfolding disaster he should be there to take responsibility.

Lol i normally elide these, but i think you should be congratulated for saying these things openly 😊when people tell me to go back to my own country (Stamford Hill then) they normally send their abuse by PM (or get me banned)

Why are you taking offence? Since nobody on here has any idea who you are, how can they tell you to go back to your own country? The gist of the post was 'if you dislike this country so much, go find one that suits you.' Many discontented Brits have done so over the years.

You'll possibly find him quite amusing at first but it does get a bit Groundhog Day after a while. I perversely enjoy the sheer awfulness.

In light of events since last Friday it is at best rather clumsy to suggest someone should move if they don't like it. That IMO can very quickly degenerate into nastiness and worse.

Didn't realise Stamford Hill was a country. So "call me" Dave was sending you abuse? You should have elided it. I know I would of.
