I'm migrating this post by
chinchin from the TalkRadio thread, as a) I don't want to post about LBC on that thread, but b) I wanted to challenge this view.

Glad TalkRADIO is revived but very uset Murdoch wants to take over. Right wing LBC mark 2?”
I find this view so lazy in that it proves the person doesn't take into account the station as a whole, just a few headline presenters.
I cite Jeremy Corbyn for leader voting Labour presenter on Overnight weekdays, Darren Adam.
James O'Brien, Sheila Fogarty, Clive Bull, none of whom are Right Wing and have daily shows.
Iain Dale is very much socially liberal, pro immigration, and although 11 years ago stood as a Conservative candidate, is now more a Blairite Labour/Liz Kendall voter.
And there are other presenters, not remotely Right Wing, like Tom Sawrbrick.
The two daily presenters who are, are Ferrari and Collins, and don't pretend otherwise.
Over the years non Right Wing politicians have been given call in airtime - Nick Clegg, Alex Salmond and now Sajid Khan. (I still miss Call Clegg).
But still, the common misperception is that it's a "Right Wing station". It gives airtime to callers, who express all kinds of different views. Because one show is dominated by right wing callers, it doesn't mean the view won't change in another show.
