You can't really blame the media for going all in on Trump when he keeps offering them gold.

Trump is Trump. you should expect nothig else particularly as he is cornered.

Forget Hilary and Donald in future all Presidential Candidates will have to be whiter than white, or blacker than black as even that statement could be used against you. Are there any people that can provide this, whilst having some real world contact and relevance to people?

Look, becauseTrump shoots himself in the foot constantly is his fault and nobody else's.

Isn't it the job of the media to report this stuff?

Problem is, the media is selective in what it reports

MSM is first and foremost in existence to make money. They will report and set an agenda that will generate the most profit for them. That's the reality of it.
Fact is that it makes a better story if the dirt is about a presidential candidate rather than the husband of a presidential candidate.

Who is making money?
Who are the Clinton's giving money to?
Have you got a link to the story?
Am sure that many millions are spent by both sides in the MSM. Those campaign ads are not aired and printed for free.

Can you give Trump credit for alway's hitting his foot?

Media does what it likes, suspicion sometimes is that it does as its told. Personally I think the media is predominantly made up or attracts certain types of people with certain types of background. That makes it difficult for them to really understand diferent view points as they move within their own bubbles. Then they need to access politicians and the powerful so cumfy relations develop.

MSM includes Hopkins and Farage and goes through the whole range of opinion.
Wasn't the suspicion that media (Murdoch) told the government what to do?
JOB often uses the famous Rupert Murdoch quote of him walking into Downing Street and telling the PM what to do but when he walked into the eu in Brussels nobody listened to him. Hence his deep dislike for the eu.

Precisely and I think that most of us here are saying that. We don't like Trump but can remain objective enough to see that there is a heavy bias in favour of Clinton in the media.

A cursory look at some stories in the UK and in amongst the the Trump stories including 'Khloe Kardashian is a piglet' () is 'Bill paid for my abortion after I got pregnant' and 'I fear for my life if Hilary is elected after I alleged sexual harassment from Bill'.

This is a woman who has been aware and condoned her husbands behaviour for years.

As an ex POTUS himself, who told a barefaced lie to the nation, 'I did not have sexual relations with that woman', and has shown as much respect for woman as Trump ... I am at a lose to understand how someone cannot see why this is relevant to Hilary's campaign.

If people knew now what they know about Bill, I'd wager he would not have been elected.

You've got to bear in mind that large sections of the US media have been dishing the dirt and digging to find anything on the Clinton's for almost 30 years.
The juicy stuff has been out for years and is old hat especially in the States, whereas Trump is the gift that keeps on giving to the media.
It's a pretty shabby way for an election campaign to be fought but it's what it is and IMO it is a sad state of affairs that these two are the final two in the race.

^^^^ This makes a lot sense.

The worst thing imaginable is the thought of Trump's finger hovering over the button. I think he'd be a catastrophic disaster if elected as president. He's full of himself, stuffed to the hilt in BS. Anyhow, what are his qualifications for THE job?
His business successes are a modest few, against his mega fails.

http://www.internationalbusinessguid...siness-career/,

ETA. At least Hilary knows her way around the White House which has to be in her favour in contrast to Trump?

That's basically it Cayce.
The US voters are faced with what our dear friend JOB would call a binary question. IMO Clinton would be the lesser of two evils.

Expect Heathrow expansion to feature heavily on LBC over the next few weeks in amongst the brexit and POTUS stuff.
Gatwick may also be getting another runway

You've said it one.

Personally I don't care how salacious Clinton was against Trump's bedroom/airline antics because historically powerful rich men have attracted gold diggers. Apparently, not that I personally know , power = money which acts as a aphrodisiac - in plain terms, a turn-on.
More important is if the candidate can hold down the position on offer and has the credentials.

I'm off now, to listen to Lucy Beresford's qualifications.

OMG on the LBC news, I 've just heard the US candidates involved have been asked to undergo a drugs test. How utterly absurd this election has become.....

Missed that.
Who is asking?
Was it the constant Trump sniffing (schoolboy joke, couldn't resist) during the last debate that's prompted this?
