Frankly why even mention it if he is not going to address it properly?”

Yes he was very disparaging re workers on boards ...tried to be self effacing by saying "what if they dont like you etc".

Is Nick Abbot well? He seems to spend all is time ranting about Brexit he really sounds like it as all got too much for him, I am truly worried that he may imploded.

Having dipped me feet in O'Brien waters for a short spell this morning to hear what the bearded fool is saying on Brexit [and it was a very short spell] I got the impression he would discuss Brexit every single show if he had his way but he knows more and more people must be getting sick of hearing him moan and rant so he's mixing it with other stories.

How can people on here stick that every morning.

He has to mix his show up with non-Brexit stuff if it is the only way he can dial down on his Brexit apoplecticus. He did that today with the PMT stuff, but he couldn't resist mentioning femininism at some point. So you see, it's not just on Brexit he goes all tongue-munching. Any story or issue these days has the potential of triggering off that inner culture/class/political warrior in him. Take any subject in the world - litter, for instance, vomit, brown/green poop - and he will somehow manage to craft a PhD war thesis out of it.

Writes down on some notepaper the word "apoplecticus" and after I've looked up what it means on my online thesaurus later I intend to use it myself in future conversations.

Quite . I needed to clarify PMT wasn't an acronym for something else. Like Project Management Team or Parents Management Training> J O'B could have made a foray into that.

Why doesn't Alex Salmond simply ask for a 6th Enquiry to be held into the Iraq vote??

With regard to PM rankings.......ever.......in History.....surely Cameron is between 20 and 30 positions below Tony Blair in the league table?

Blair lied and took us to war because of his belief in a biblical being, lead to British troops dying and the state of the Middle East today.

Now your argument for Cameron is?

Is it hard to know where to start with Cameron...
But on intervention....

Chilcot says that Blair did not Lie. He accepted the findings of the security services and asked Parliament to vote after reading and discussing the document.

Cameron intervened in Libya - with considerable loss of life - against the advice of his Military advisors and his Political advisors. And we were not told that he had ignored expert advice and was acting on his own......what exactly?
His own perverseness?

If Obama had stuck to his red line promise Syria wouldn't be the basket case it is today..

I remember some politician saying a quite few years ago that one of the worst things to come out of the Iraq war was that when we really need to intervene somewhere in the world we won't be able to....

Chilcott says that Blair misrepresented evidence from the security services to Parliament.

In our world, that means he lied.

Blair took us to war and we are paying for it now.

So he didn't Lie.
And he didn't sex up a dossier.
That is what Chilcot said.

He wrote an introducton to the report from the Security Services saying that he concurred with the report. And then he presented the report to the HOC. And then they voted.

No comment from you on Cameron.....

Just to help you, the legal definition of misrepresentation is:-

'The action or offence of giving a false or misleading account of the nature of something.'

Lawyers speak for lying.

I don't think he did.

.... to add, he was one big power sucker. Remember Blair's message to George W Bush? Cringeworthy to an extreme. (Makes me feel slightly nauseous reading it again!)
