I have no special insight into this. However, JO'B has expressed a dislike for KH previously. So maybe he went to Management and said he would rather not have her covering his programme.

Knowing that JO'B is the second most popular presenter on the station, they would not want to upset him, they arranged a quick swop with John Stapleton.

It's being used a lot in political circles. Same as 'alt-right', 'populist' or 'libtard'.

Neither of us know for certain what happened. We are unlikely to know either.

However, what we do know, KH was intending to cover 10am - 1pm. There must be a reason that brought about the change. I suppose it could be that JS couldn't cover 1pm - 4pm.

Many thanks to those who have defended my use of the word 'snowflake', I wasn't aware of it having either racist or political connotations. Perhaps I should have said 'millennials', which I believe is roughly the same thing; over-protected, ultra-sensitive young adults whose sense of privilege and belief in their own intellectual superiority renders them incapable of coping with not getting their own way. They are especially good at taking offence, on both their own and other's behalf.
