after spending another hour on the phone today, i am finally two months after it broke getting a replacement

I always find it best to go in. With the Dyson they first said that I should have contacted Dyson first but since I was already there with it they would do it. Funny if you just carried the TV through the store to the returns desk/room and demanded a replacement there and then. 2 man job maybe though.
