I have recently download or installed windows 7 and I now have an upgrade message on my Internet Explorer webpage saying I need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11. I have tried doing this but even when I think it's done the job. I go back to refresh it and blow me it's asking me to do it again, so what's happened to the one I just tried to install
