bt home hub install
Long story short
bt were supposed to attend a week last monday but no one turned up or called and said they couldnt activate the line because of a pancake race the week earlier, an engineer came monday and fitted a new base plate but no broadband. Another engineer has called today and fitted a master socket and the modem is connected ok to the cabinet but the light is staying solid red as if to indicate a wrong user name / password. Is a solid red light supposed to happen on the day of activation? It has been previously flashing red Line stats . Product Name: HomeHub5 2. Serial number: 3.
