Christmas we bought Arlo cctv camera everything was good til January it came up not contacted to Internet and couldn't view the camera .... Everything was checked so we took it back got replaced.... Today with the new camera the message comes up again can't view and everything via the Internet is on
Has anyone else had this problem

Not yet, but the time it takes to connect to the camera is very poor. Sometimes 1 min goes by before I'm connected which by that time any action has long gone.

I only use mine for remote viewing when away.

Have you tried stopping the app (if you use android) and restarting a couple of times? I find that speeds things up.
