That's quite claim for those two?

Curtis Axel's Dad was Mr Perfect, and Bo Dallas is Bray Wyatt's little Brother, and the youngest Son of Irwih R Schyster, one half of 80s tag team Money Inc with the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, managed by the "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart.

Who is the face here?”

Exactly. Really bad writing and it's been like this for years now.

Think he meant those two haven't been pushed anywhere near close to the moon.

TBF would Curtis Axel have got anywhere near the IC Title if not for who his Dad is.

BTW The Rock and Reigns are not actully related.

The Mavia and Anoaʻi Family are not related by blood or marraige.

I think he would have. Technically he is a good performer and seems to be near the size Vince gets off on. Plus I can say, having met him, he has a fantastic personality so I guess that may have also be influential in the back

Didn't know if this day would ever come. Well deserved.

Wonder if The Big Show will induct him

Charlotte is related to Ric Flair? I'd never have guessed.

Think there's a slight difference though between Axel's push and Reigns always reaching the last 3 of the Rumble.

He must be glad Undertaker won't be either

He's a very good worker, he has a good look which Vince likes, he's actually personally charismatic and we've seen evidence of the fact that he can get over if he's actually booked well. The issue isn't his ability, it's the fact that he is literally the worst booked supposed top star of all time. I think there's an element of sabotage.

The making movies thing refers to WWE's attitude to it's own television show. They're 'entertainment' not wrestling, and all that BS. But if they wanted him to have a film career they'd a) book him to be an actual star and b) out him in one of their movies. But they haven't. And they don't even really hype the movies they have made recently. There nothing to suggest it's a priority for them.

As bad as the writing is though, that sort of does ignore the fact HHH blatantly hired the LoN to remove Reigns from the Rumble. Which is a pretty big detail.

That said WWE does seem to have an issue at times where you could easily argue the faces are bad guys and the heels the good guys based on the writing.

I think that was the case a couple of years ago when a face was basically just flat-out bullying the heel. Felt sorry for the heel! Can't remember who it was exactly. Probably Cena.

I assume you mean the Steph/Brie feud?

Just the one Cena feud?

The Rollins/Kane feud was an odd one actually - normally costing someone a title match they'd pretty much won clean (the MSG show), trying to drag them to hell and trying to manipulate a naive employee into doing what you want (saying you're a responsible employee) doesn't make you the face in a feud.

Because it brings in millions of dollars?

WWE Studios? I'm not sure it has even turned profit yet and if it has, it's pretty marginal.

I'm trying to find the figures but the last ones I saw did show a small profit in the millions. I'm not saying its Sony Pictures lol. There is also the US tax benefits of running a movie studio which varies state by state.

Apparently on reddit there is a post from a known insider - falconarrow ( he called undertaker interuption at battleground last year and Shanes return) say tonight is another Raw we don't want to miss. Not on the level of Shane o mac returning but something significant still.

Apologies, I've either misread or misremembered the numbers I thought I'd seen lol. Sifting through the SEC filing and seen my error.

But doing so, I came across the average rating for Raw and Smackdown through 2015. Something I've said before is that we only ever see the live rating for both shows. The overnight average was 2.64 (Raw) and 1.69 (Smackdown). When you chuck in the catch-up viewers, it hits 3.4 and 2.1 respectively. Glad I got those WWE Studios figures wrong as I'd been interested in the Live+Catch Up ratings for a while.
