Problem is you don't want to end up at the opposite extreme where titles turn into a giant game of pass-the-parcel. I remember in the latter half of 2011 the WWE Title must've reached double figures in terms of title changes and it made the title look like an utter mess.
But at the same time I see where you're coming from. It does feel like Raw and even PPVs can be missed with nothing of consequence being missed - which it shouldn't.
Doesn't help too that there's next to no character development often or turns. The only proper turns (i.e. people that don't turn every time they sneeze) I can remember in the past year would be Charlotte and Jericho.
There need to be more turns than that - there's only so many times the same match-ups can be done with the same alignments.

Best thing to do is to ignore him. Surely everyone knows what he's about at this point?
