He's just a racist, homophobic pathological lair who sabotaged a lot of careers for his own selfishness. Great guy all round.
The wrestling stuff isn't enough to be called an awful human being as there are lots of wrestlers who have done bad things.

Regarding the racist stuff. Was it just that taped phone call he made to his son in jail or is there more? Did he apologise for what he said during the call? I never heard about him being homophobic. What did he say?

I've had racist stuff said to me a lot (like the usual paaki/go back home stuff) but it never bothered me. Just shows up their ignorance.

I don't follow wrestling that closely these days so I may have missed a bit.

He was really racist, n-word and everything.

He did apologise. It was a private phone call. God knows how they got hold of it. I think it's possible he was 'joking around' with his son (in very poor taste). But the transcript taken on its own is about as damning as it gets. And even if he was 'joking' - well, people very commonly use jokes to express their true feelings.

Not too sure if this has been asked before in the forum but if Cena/Taker had went ahead @ this year WrestleMania, who do you think would have been booked to win?

I'd have to say Taker. The show's in his home state, Cena would gain no benefit from beating him as he's already the top guy in WWE, and if Cena did win, it would just give fans even more of a reason to hate on him.

People were shocked when Lesnar beat him, but eventually accepted it. Don't think some would accept Cena doing it.

Would it even matter now if Taker got beat at a WM what with the streak ending?

Also I will never get why WWE never had the Taker/Sting match most people wanted to see. Such a wasted WM moment/match.

Is Stings WWE run the worst that any big name wrestler has had?

I think fans still value Taker at Wrestlemania. They would certainly be upset if he lost again, especially to Cena.

I think if Sting was fit enough to wrestle, they'd have gone for it this year.

Hmm. 2 matches and both defeats? Probably.

It's a shame he won't have the opportunity to right the fact he never won a match.

Goldberg had a pretty bad run, was booked awfully, but at least he won matches.

funny, I argued that it was a few pages ago.

Just an open goal really, creatively. Everything they did with him is baffling.

But what I don't get is that one of the main reasons Sting never signed with the WWE for years was that he was afraid of how they'd treat his character.

He finally joins WWE and they do exactly what he was afraid of. His Survivor Series debut was really lame and underwhelming and then there's the WM match which smacked of egotistical BS of the highest order on HHH/WWE's part.

Heck The Great Khali has a more successful WWE career than Sting (not that he's a big name but still).

If you watch the 24 episode about WM 31, he did seem to appreciate that he got the chance to wrestle there, so it's not all bad.

But yeah apart from that it has been bad. He's a legend who didn't get to show it in WWE.

Depends what he was after, maybe he knew the end was near on his career and just wanted a higher profile final payday. In any case I can't imagine he believed deep down that they would book him well.

Without wishing to blow my own trumpet, I was stunned Trips was 4/1 to win that match on paddypower a couple of weeks out, because as soon as that feud was framed as WWF v WCW it was obvious what the match was going to be like.

Everyone at the top protects their spot to a greater or lesser degree. Michaels buried people, Cena buried Barrett during the Nexus angle in a way he didn't have to, there was HHH's reign of terror. Hogan was an expert for sure but it's the nature of the beast. There's a Flair/Scott Steiner match on one of the Clashes (Edit- Clash XIV) where Flair was clearly trying to have a bad match (per Lance Storm's commentary on it) presumably to bury Steiner.

Meltzer actually predicted trouble for WCW immediately after Survivor Series 97, as it was unlikely Sting, Hogan, Flair, Bret, Piper, Savage, and the Outsiders could all exist in the same company without it imploding.

I doubt you could be a main eventer in pro wrestling without having an ego the size of Jupiter is all I'm saying.

Kenny Omega vs. Xavier Woods
Creed vs. Omega Part 1

Creed vs. Omega Part 2
Creed vs. Omega Part 3
Creed vs. Omega Part 4

Also this match between Omega and a 9 yr old girl is pretty cool. Especially the girls wrestling/selling skills.

Lol. UUDD is such an awesome show.

If it includes video games, its awesome.
Yep it rocks but I find Kyle Edwards on the Retro Stream hard to watch sometimes as he can be seriously cringe.

I like the video of Creed and Breezy playing 5 nights at freddy's 2 in the dark.

Such a shame Prince Preetay has been used so badly on the main roster.

Lol. Breeze's reactions and Xavier's reaction to Breeze.

Yeah Tyler is at Rock Bottom on the main roster. Has to go back to NXT. He can't sink any lower where he is now.

You want to bet that with the individuals who brought you farting Natalya, the Chavo Guerrero vs. Hornswoggle feud, and yodelling Cesaro?

Yeah. He definitely needs to go back to NXT before he sinks lower than Rock Bottom with a gimmick like that.

Yeah I started it a while ago, I had a very bad back with 2 slipped discs following a car accident and was recommended yoga, so I thought I'd try the 'manly yoga' on offer.

It has sorted my back out a treat, I was on the verge of having an operation and that is now no longer required, it also helps tone up a lot too and I find it a good balance between yoga and cardio.
Great to hear, thanks

I'm enjoying it so far, but a long way to go!

Don't forget such gold as the Spirit Squad, Sexual Chocolate and Shelton's Mamma.

To be fair I'm not too gutted for Breeze. Frankly Miz and Cody did that whole sort of gimmick alot better. Breeze was just dare i say it dull. Obviously don't like seeing people booked badly but it's up to him really to show something to get out of that rut.

Goodness they do pick the most dreary artists at times. This lot this year and Aloe Blacc last year.

Honestly they should just get Lilian or JoJo to sing it. Or get someone interesting.

In fact I sort of wish that Bieber rumour a few years ago had been true. At least ihim appearing would be more entertaining than this shower.
Plus it could easily have led to a fun filler backstage segment where a superstar beats him up
