Hi Guys

I thought I would start a new thread to discuss Adele's tour, which begins tonight.

Who is going?

Please use this thread to post any reviews / setlist spoilers (don't forget the spoiler tags for those who would prefer not to know).

I am going to Manchester next Monday and I can't wait!

just watching some clips, seems they've upped the visual effects this tour. You'll need someone more tech savvy than me to post examples in here though
she sounds astonishingly good though, but you didn't need me to say that.

i may as well not have bothered

Funny how artists never perform some of their songs live, i wonder why that is.

A decent set list, though River Lea deserves an outing but i can imagine it's a tricky one to recreate. I also think it's time to 'let make you feel my love' go, and replace it with Love in the dark or Remedy. But who am i to advise?

In other news, an act of kindness results in a tweet from Martin McGuinness. It's all happening

Personally I'm very pleased that
Spoiler

has made it into the setlist. That to me is by far her most "epic" sounding song, gives me chills every time I hear it, it's just great. Very much looking forward to hearing it and the rest at the O2 Arena on the 15th

About four or five songs on the b stage ,mostly near the end of the gig.

Only the gigs in England and Scotland have the id requirement,it wasnt applicable to the Irish gigs.
I highly doubt that they will check for id ,it would take forever to get the crowd in on a work night and it could turn very nasty.
It wont be implemented in my opinion.

I'd be prepared for it, she did it at her shows for '21'. Although much smaller venues.

It just aint practical at gigs of this size. Worst case scenario is you could end up with injuries. IMO it was said to deter touts. And that's a good thing if it has.

To be honest they barely even looked at my ticket in Dublin at the weekend , never mind asking for id .

IMO it was said to deter touts. And that's a good thing if it has.
It was a weak measure .
If they wanted to deter the touts they should have made it credit card entry like they did for the best seats in the US.

Anyway its not the touts who will get punished ,it will be the poor people who bought off them that will be out of pocket.

Btw Eventim have released a flood of excellent seats for tonights gig if anyone is interested.

Was at the manc gig tonight and wow. She didnt sing a note wrong all night. Gunuinely interacted with the crowd, no over prolonged breaks. Compared to some stars ive seen she was head and shoulders above the rest, even seemed embarresed about doing the encore.

She will put on the best show as possible for you. Seen so many big artists but never walked away thinking I would pay double again for that. Simple amazing, enjoy

I had two seats in Block 214 - the best I could get in the original sale.

Today manged to get floor seats - Block D - when the arena released a good few tickets.

Why have they suddenly become available on the day of the show?

Saw her tonight and in summary - if you haven't seen her live... you NEED to. Seriously. She is a special lady with such a special voice.
