I don't think you can access that data from Three PAYG. At least I haven't found a way to do so.
Your phone itself may have been logging the data that it has used and looking at that should be pretty close to what Three have charged: they both work by the megabyte-- Three charging 1p/MB on the 321 plan, so it should be easy to look at. My Android phone running CyanogenMod has a 'Data Usage' area accessible from Settings (or the Mobile Data toggle) with shows total usage for the month and a graph of when the data was used across the month, as well as how much data each app used that month. You can also look at the data for previous months, as well as specify the billing period (not really necessary for PAYG so I set it run from the start of each month). At 1p/MB on Three, it is as easy as can be to work out how much each app has cost you, and the total. Presumably something similar is available in manufacturers own Android variations, as well as on iOS, once you find your way to the right settings screen or if necessary install a third-party app. |

Android phones have an option on the menu under Data Usage. It should give you the option to select date ranges and see data usage for each month.

It's actually an iPhone, which has total data usage but not broken down by month. It is my grand daughter's and I'm trying to convince her that she doesn't need unlimited data as she does very little streaming. Obviously I can average it but I would have liked to confirm that she hasn't gone over a certain amount in any single month.
