Why no DW anime or what JP anime studios would be best to do this project plus why couldn't this happen the story done in the Uk they send all the material to japan were it gets animated and has both dub by jp and English voiceovers

It would definitely be something I'd be interested in, although I don't know if people would get fussy over out-sourcing animation for a British show. Mir did great stuff with Avatar. Trigger could do something crazy and over the top with their very energetic cartoon'y style. And Mad would be great for something creepier/psychological.
