Since last night my BT Internet Channels (BT Sport etc) have stopped working. Have an error code IPC6023 displayed. I use the BT in-line adaptors and have done for a couple of years without any issues.
Have reset the adaptors, the box and the router - still the same error message.
Spoke with BT and they are sending me a new set of in-line adaptors. Not entirely convinced that the existing ones are faulty though as all the lights come on.
Anyone else has this IPC6023 problem?

I have it intermittently, resetting the powerline adapters usually fixes it for a while but it comes back, think you're supposed to use a wired connection to prevent this but I can't as the router is too far away from the TV.

Thanks. Contacted BT again and it transpires they downgraded my Infinity instead of simply renewing it. Hopefully back to normal tomorrow. Muppets.

I lost my internet channels today, even the BT logo disappeared on thr Youview menu bar. After trying, and failing, to solve the problem online, I called BT and after being on hold for around 10 minutes they asked me to go to settings/device management then update the on demand players and software update. Having done this I now have the internet channels back.

Thanks, yes I tried that originally.
As an update I have spend what seems like hours on the phone and online chat to BT Technical. The upshot is they are saying Infinity is not available in my area (despite the fact I've been on it and paying for it for two years). I was getting 76mps now I'm getting 3mps.
Exasperated I have cancelled everything with BT and moved broadband to Sky (super fast fibre) + a TV deal on a one year contract actually working out at £10 per month cheaper than BT if you factor in line rental as well.

You can reset the Youview box to factory new and this can help with any software troubles from any updates that can mess with channels and data on screen.

Check that all other items are working fine before that like the HUB and check the all sockets are ok like phone etc .

You can check that HUB signals are not blocked by items in your home when switched on like heating, lamps, other items.

BT TV & Internet system has always been unstable for me in the last 3 years .
I have had a number tests been done on my line over the year and been told it's OK.
I have had Youview Box placed once in the first year .
I have had network cable replaced between HUB 3a and Youview Box as they said that could be the trouble in signal on internet channels.
some months are worst then others.

I have never had a full day watching without any BT channels breaking up and I believe that's why a software change got the error code IPC6023 off the top of the screen by taking the limit up before happens.

I believe that BT network is easy to mess with by weathers and work done for other ISP service and Internet hacking etc....
