Cass would've went home regardless of the Veto play last week.
Wouldn't have changed Kelsey winning HoH, wouldn't have changed Tim winning Veto. Kelsey would never have put up brothers this week, whether Cass used Veto on Tim or not, and since Tim's safe, her only option is to nominate Cass/Joel.
Her odds of surviving the eviction would've been better had she not used the Veto, but the brothers and Kelsey seem a lot closer to Joel, so she'd probably still go home.
I think saving Tim was a good move on her part. He was the #1 target, not her (proven by the noms last week). Had Joel flipped and kept Nikki, Cass would've been way more vulnerable and target #1 with Kelsey and the brothers. She got unlucky this week with Tim winning Veto, that's all.

The brothers winning would not be bad as, if they get to the final 2, they got there with a massive target on their back since day one, they played a social game the first few weeks and knew to build relations. Yes they are arrogant, but they deserve to win if the make final 2
Tim deserves to win, he has played a great game
Joel, social game and the fact he seems the nicest of the 5 left, deserves to win for them reasons
Cass DOES not deserve to win, her game is to act like a childish brat, she treated people horrendously and is an embarrassment.
Kelsey DOES not deserve to win, she was all ready evicted and had a week pass to watch feeds.
Tim/Brothers/Joel are deserving winners
Cass and Kelsey are not”
I could easily argue a case as to why all five 'deserve' to win. I'm of the opinion that anyone who makes final two deserves to win and we can all manipulate, twist and argue as to why the final five have played great games.
For example, Cass has played a big part throughout and contributed the most. She took an active role in saving Kelsey week one, she was the only one who openly pushed to save Loveita/evict Sharry whilst everyone else was scared of upsetting Jared, she saved herself in week three, she tried (but failed) to save Kelsey week four, she was the leader of the 'save Dallas' campaign and changed the dynamics of the house (until the returnee twist ruined it)... She sucked up big time to her biggest enemy in the house (Maddy) and managed to get her target out on her enemies week (Raul). She evicted Jared, something nobody else seemingly wanted to do despite the obvious.
She had an alliance with Jared/Kelsey/Raul.
She had an alliance with Joel (and later Tim).
Strong social relationships within the house.
Her game has been transparent at times, but even when the housemates have seen through her game, she's been able to keep the target off herself.
I don't like any of the final five... but Cass/Joel are the best of a bad bunch, for me. I'm disappointed and unimpressed regardless of who wins now, but Cass/Joel will be a slightly softer blow than the other three who I cannot even begin to describe.
Live feeds will remain off for good now - can't stand to watch those three be so smug and arrogant.
