When I boot up my 9200 it automatically displays Channel 247 called kykNet and displays text stating "Sorry, your device is not compatible with this service". At this point the PVR is locked up and will not respond to any commands. Powering cycling using the rear switch repeats the above.

I recall there was a thread on this some time ago but I don't remember the cure. Can anyone help?

You are right there was a thread but I don't remember the solution. What happens if you start the 9200 up without the aerial plugged in. ? If you have control then change channel and probably a good idea to delete all the IPTV channels.

There are 2 or 3 seconds when just booted up that the channel can be changed.

If you're very quick just after switch-on you can change channel before the 9200 locks up. The problem channels are 225 to 255, the 9200 will always lock up if you select any of these channels. The 9200 can't use these channels so you're best deleting them using the Edit Channels menu to avoid accidentally selecting one and having another lock up.

Hello Colin I hadn't noticed it was you.
