Nice equaliser I had a feeling about Newcastle before this game.

Man city's away record is so poor to be that confident about them away from home

Poor defending from City. Good strike, though.

If only Newcastle appointed Benitez earlier in the season they might have challenged for a European spot

Fair play to Rafa, 1-1 does not flatter Newcastle.

Scrappy half but Newcastle will be happy considering that controversial opener for City.

Looks like Aguero and De Bruyne will have to play better if they want to win this game

Awful decision, inexplicable really, not to flag Aguero as offside for the first 'goal.' As bad as I have seen in quite a while.

Mags have been all over City since they scored, their goal was coming.

Aguero tripped/clipped in the penalty area, nothing given, referee's view possibly obscured. Jonathan Moss would probably have booked Aguero for diving and awarded a penalty, just to cover all possibilities.

Newcastle could hardly expect more encouragement than the shambolic way in which City have defended.

LvG supposedly thinks Man United would be challenging for the title if he had a senior creative player.

£250m and Juan Mata says "what?"

He also thinks they're "not far behind" Spurs who are currently 12 points ahead of them ..

Barca takes the lead against Deportivo - Suarez unmarked in th epenalty area

Deportivo just had two golden opportunities to score, took neither..

And Suarez makes it 2-0, superb move.

Game over.

The man's blinkered, stubborn and delusional. With that £250m, he's done nothing really - his job has been saved by a goalkeeper who was already there and a kid who fell into the side as a last resort thanks to three striker injuries. I so want him to keep his job for another season...

A bit like how I was quite happy for Rodgers to carry on, and I didn't want him to get the sack, even though he did eventually.

This Origi kid has been scoring a few recently. Surprised nobody has started a thread on him.

Martinez has got to go, irrespective of where we are in the FA Cup

Two goals in 5 minutes which could have easily been prevented

Surely this pretty much ends Martinez's time at Everton?

Why keep Martinez around for the semi final, this has to be the last straw

Play like this against United on the weekend and it will make whatever the score tonight finishes on look like a picnic

No desire, no passion, players scared of their own shadows, no defense, no ideas....the list is endless

It is genuinely upsetting seeing the players doing this badly, some serious action has to be taken and Martinez has to go NOW

This can't continue for however long is left of our season
