So who is actually going to win the premier league 2015/2016.

Nobody seems to want to win it.

How many points is needed to

a win the premier league

b secure a place in the champions league

c be in the europa league

d avoid relegation
How can you actually say that as a Leicester fan? Leicester more than anyone want it...start believing in your side, it isn't just this season they have played superb, this is a continuation from this sort of time last season.

a) Leicester

b) Spurs...then between Arsenal, Man City & West Ham...and given how those teams are performing at the moment, West Ham nicking the final spot off Man City.

c) Man City for certain, Man Utd

d) Sunderland

He checks Leicester are mathematically safe from relegation before posting in case he can predict them going down.

That's unjust given he only started Cantu 4 games and kept having to come on at the fag end of matches to prove himself. His loan spells were proof enough of his potential and still Chelsea chose to let him go.
I dunno he could well be one of those players who just simply operates better in a "lesser" team.

Oh god, not again.

You're supposedly a fan of a team at the top of the table who are playing out of their skins to try to win the thing!

Also, stop obsessing over points targets - that's what got you in trouble last season when you said Leicester would never make x amount of points because they were terrible and deserved to be in a lower league.

It is strange tho, in general how many apparent world beaters have we seen flop at bigger teams. You'd think the better service and quality around them would be a help not a hindrance!

I'm not saying lukaku was a Chelsea flop but it's definitely a general trend

Lukaku does get very good service most of the time, and he does have quality players around him...Everton have got a very good team, this is not a poor Everton team by anyone's standards...which is why they are considered underachieving, they have some seriously talented players.

Leicester absolutely trump them in that department

I would agree with CGG_12, who is the motivator in the Arsenal side to get them going, it's what they are lacking, besides a striker.

Haha Really??

Have you even watched either team recently? Nothing against arsenal but they're as spineless as they come at crucial stages of the season

Absolutely no warriors in the side in the keown, Campbell, Gilberto, Adams, parlour, Vieira mould

Just left with pretty boys who celebrate random league wins against 10 men in February by taking selfies galore in the dressing room

I would take Arsenal at this moment in time, as well as Man City every other game after a win.

Nope id prefer arsenal to spurs and Leicester all day long for sure. That might be the reason they're, you know, ahead of arsenal in the table...

Yes, from you it would seem.

Arsenal play some lovely stuff at times but every season it's the same thing - they bottle it when it matters. Remember that year they were walking the league and they DREW a match with Birmingham? That ended hilariously with Captain William Gallas bawling his eyes out?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BWjJjrwKjw

That, for me, symbolises Arsenal - when the chips are down, they will fold.

Crying does nnot mean you are a soft touch. It often shows that you care.

I'd have thought more o the problem would be players not really caring about being successful.

He was very mediocre for them though.
He was never given a chance even after a great loan spell in the Premier League at West Brom.

I like Lukaku, but it would have been unrealistic to have expected him to bide his time as second choice at Chelsea for long. Once he'd shown what he could do at WBA he'd proven he could do a job as someone's first choice striker in the PL. I do think he should have been given a chance in Mourinho's first season back though, when we still had the likes of Torres and Ba on the books. Once Costa was signed he had no future with us though, so I don't blame him for moving on or the club for accepting a very good deal for him.

True but they haven't done too badly without him (bar this season)

Costa is a better player, agree with CF Blue it's hard to blame Chelsea for accepting a good deal for a guy who wasn't going to start anyway
