It's really difficult to take in the fact this side has just won the premier league, all I've ever known is the power likes of arsenal, man u, man c, Chelsea, I just can't comprehend where and how Leicester came to do this, even if the likes of Tottenham, Liverpool or Everton won I'd be godsmacked, but Leicester !!!!

Ranieri deserves a knighthood, this couldn't have happened to a nicer guy
It'll be a shame if we see the club treat him the way some other managers have when they don't start a season as well as the previous year!!

The greatest sporting story of all time. This is the sort of thing we will look back on and tell the grandkids.

Well done to all of them - the best team won. Well deserved!
If Leicester win the European cup next season, then win it the next season, and then get cheated out of it by a corrupt ref, they will equal the achievements of forest.

Hopefully this will be a new era for the Premier League now

Proof that you don't have to have shedloads of money and world class players to win the Premier League right there

So happy to see a new name on the trophy, and hopefully this will kick start something special for the so called smaller clubs

From what I've heard about Leicester they sound like a one man team. Vardy this, Vardy that.

Might have well as given the trophy to Vardy instead. Though looking at him he seems nothing special.

That's the question, isn't it?

So many people have said that Leicester have just been in the right place at the right time to take advantage of all the big teams simultaneously having an off season.

With the new TV money coming in, it'll be interesting to see whether there'll be a whole raft of massive transfers at the established big clubs in the close season.

However, all the clubs will benefit from the new riches - and as Leicester have shown, if you've got a good scouting network, you can find players for comparative peanuts in the corners of English and world football who can play as well as your big established stars.

Very interesting times ahead for English football.

Congratulations Leicester isn't a grand enough statement really.

Its the most astonishing result in Football history.

Team of the Year(even if England win the World Cup)

Performance of the year (the away win at Man City)

Player of the Year -Vardy
..........a goal of the year too! Vardy.......that volley!

I cant see them winning it again, but it think the gap has become closer between the top 8 ,, The top four English clubs are finding it harder and harder to attract the top top players, so they are paying big money for the players on the next rung down, the teams below are now able to afford better players, so the competition is becoming closer imo

Apart from Mahrez being PFA player of the year and having four of their players in the team of the year.

I certainly don't expect a 5,000-1 team winning the premier league in my lifetime again.

Credit to Pochettino, he spoke very gracefully and magnanimously there at a time of understandably great disappointment.

His team will become greater for this experience.

Anyone else find it amusing, and a bit pathetic, that the Chelsea players put more of an effort in for Ranieri and Leicester tonight than they have for either of their actual managers this season?

100% sober mate.

I wouldn't be posting in a "neutral" thread if I were that passionate.

That's ships sailed. You play what's in front of you and stopping Spurs was their small salvation.

Absolutely.

Just compare the way he's conducted himself with subtlety and grace all the way through this season to the quite opposite way Mourinho was carrying on at the start of the season.

Well, the latter got fired and the former won the title.

There is a man, though, who kickstarted this whole process just over a year ago who I don't think deserves to be forgotten even though he was a lunatic - Nigel Pearson.

He kept Leicester up and paved the way for this to happen.
