Nice to see the owners parading around with a trophy they had no hand in winning.

They were taking a back seat, it was Ranieri that took them into the celebrations and the pictures. He was also keen to praise them in his interview.

Damn right, as long as it has no bearing on Van Gaal staying.
True that.

Marhez would be great in a red shirt!

I wouldn't mind us signing both of them!
God no, not Man Utd, you'd ruin them. LvG would stick Mahrez at right back and Kante up front.

Well LvG might not be there to ruin them.

Hope he isn't, Man Utd used to be fun to watch, not sure how much fun they would be under Mourinho mind you if he comes in as expected.

What a great day for Sport and triumph against the odds! Summed up on the BBC match football thread where a Spurs supporter said they had goosebumps watching the celebrations at Leicester.

Its one of those rare occasions where its a universally liked and saluted achievement. Leicester will still be a strong team in the next few seasons but its not going to happen like this again. Clough performed miracles with Derby and Forrest but in the modern money soaked Football world this is up there with the greatest achievements in sport history.

Its inspirational. and rightly so.

I think there needs to be some realism here.

What they have achieved is genuinely incredible and will go down in history, rightly so.

However a club backed by immeasurable foreign wealth has just won the league and Vardy's new contract doesn't have him playing for magic beans.

Why? His team lost the league to them, he should be disgusted at best or smashing his TV up at worst.

Spurs should be incredibly disappointed though, no one can deny that.

Sorry, not in a position to ask.

I would sort of imagine though, that if it was Arsenal winning, the tv might have copped it.

They just lost probably their best ever chance to win the league to Leicester, they should be raging, not getting goosebumps. Sounds like something a plastic fan would come out with.

Exactly. If they had lost to City you could see why they would say "ok" but to Leicester?! Thats a failure, no matter how well they have done according to the table.

So who do you expect to be challenging for the title next season if not Spurs? Spurs look very strong and look to be one of the best placed teams for next season right now. None of the 'usual suspects' currently look like a convincing bet to go all the way.

Could be consecutive relegations for Blackpool today .

Fleetwood 48 pts ( -6)
Blackpool 46 pts ( -19)
Doncaster 45 pts ( -16)

Doncaster are virtually down , It's between Blackpool & Fleetwood

Fleetwood v Crewe
Peterborough v Blackpool

Charlton & Blackpool , seems to be a pattern, owners screwing up ., not interested Suppose Villa could be added as well
