Martial punishes the Hammers for their wastefulness in the first half. United to go on and win this.

Hilarious miss from Sakho. Hammers determined not to win this game despite being handed numerous opportunities..

I have got this feeling that Man United is going to win this

And Martial shows West Ham how to score - his and United's second, no sympathy at all for the Hammers who have been horribly wasteful.

Europa League for Pep then.

he can see a pass and deliver it.........

it was just when he was striding out just before their 2nd goal........bringing the ball out from defence, beat a player, saw the pass to Martial

looked like what a decent midfielder should be doing !

P45 for Van Gaal, P60 for Mourinho and Ibrahimovic.

United are so poor at the back. God, I hope we have a right go at them at Wembley.

Why are they mentioning Guardiola. It doesn't matter one iota whether city get in or not.

Really poor for Utd to get ahead and then concede 2 so quickly. People will blame LvG but how about responsibility from players and game management.

Have you checked whether there's a vacancy at NASA?

They are just an average team . Obviously a manager who, hasn't been able to make the best of what he has available, but still, Man united are a Europa league squad. Two seasons of workmanlike, performances (despite qualifying for the champions league last season and predictably failing to get out of the group) with the odd exception is enough to prove it...

I've got nothing against them despite what people,in the united thread think, but I really think that their fans who stand by the fact that they don't need much strengthening or only need tweaking, are wrong....

From the neutral PoV it's probably best that Utd lose this and City qualify for the Champs League........it increases the chances of LVG going and might hasten the return of 'exciting Utd' instead of 'boring Utd'

which can only be good for the couch potato armchair viewers

Blind and Rojo are far too lightweight in the penalty area to be convincing defenders and tackling really doesn't seem to be Rojo's thing.
