Thanks to Gracenotelive on twitter for that.

Looks like he is cursed!

The only other player that I can remember with a career like that was Neil Redfern, whom I think had a few relegations on his C.V.”

Hermann Hreidarsson & Nathan Blake have both been relegated from the Premier League 5 times.

I know, I mean they could spend billions on players to make triple sure of staying up, who cares if they destroy the club in the process! I mean, what's all this trying to build slowly bollocks, what's the point in that, eh?!

Aston Villa should have appointed Sam Alladyce when they got rid of Tim Sherwood

Newcastle's demise started with hiring McLaren. Don't know how many more jobs he needs to get (and then end in disaster) before he's no longer anyone's desired target.

Looking like Liverpool may have to win the Europa league to get back in Europe

This post feels like it was in response to my post quoting PaddyPower.

If so, then that was a joke...

We talking Sunderland here?

Think they could get close to top 10 myself. After tonight's games they have the 12th best record since Allardyce took over, a span of 29 matches. Wouldn't take a huge improvement to threaten the top 10 especially with a summer transfer window to work with which is something he didn't have the luxury of when he took over this season.

To put it another way, when he took over they were 9 points behind 10th place. Tonight they're 10 points behind 10th place. They've come close to matching the form of a 10th place side since his appointment.

What a stupid comment. Newcastle do not need reminding that they aren't a big club. Most fans would settle for a stable club but you obviously know little about it. As for Saturday's performance costing them, I think it goes back a bit further than that.

Lots of money going onto Burnley already to lift next seasons PL title. So much so that odds have been slashed from 5000/1 to 1000/1. I think you would have better odds on them going straight back down though.

Wow i cant believe the players and fans are celebrating failure

If i was a player or a fan of Sunderland, i would not celebrate as avoiding relegation is not an achievement
