Belgium and France picked their squads today. On paper that would surely be the final both have ridiculous squads on paper!

It seems that there might be or could be one more league game for West Ham and Liverpool after this weekend's set of games -

I would have a look but joe.ie is the greatest load of clickbait shite, it's probably the most unlikely thing ever with a dramatic headline

Basically what it says, is that there could be a European play-off between West Ham and Liverpool, if the results on Sunday leave them with the same points, goals scored and goal difference, and if Liverpool get beat in the final of the Europa League. |

Quite sad by this decision. I would have thought he would stay on for another season and push them up higher. One must wonder who the board are thinking of replacing him with? Rafa? Jose? Martinez? |

Sorry about that, I am just trying to be responsible and post links to where I find things, as I don't want to be accused of stealing things from elsewhere anymore (which I was not, but this seems to be the only way to go about disproving that belief).

"With it coming so late in the season, this is a big decision for John and his family and it is something that they are now considering," a spokesman said. |

Flip flopping around in the case of Leicester's Danny Simpson convicted of assaulting his ex- girlfriend . First he was sentenced to 300 hours unpaid community work . He then had that overturned because he complained of press intrusion . He was then given a tag & a curfew which has now been reversed because his lawyer stated it would be onerous given the celebrations Leicester have planned & trip to Thailand .
He now has to finish the community service instead . The judge said "he's hardly keeping a low profile turning up in in a Lamborghini , why can't he get a cab".? |

Is the Terry contract offer clever from Chelsea? Leave as late as possible so he gets big money offers from, say, China - and then offer a greatly reduced salary knowing that if he takes the money from China he's suddenly walked away from Chelsea rather than nasty Chelsea letting a legend go. Intriguing...

If we are just sticking to footballers, then Eric Cantona had to do community service after his kick at Selhurst Park, and he is way more famous. |

Can't believe Flores will be allowed to leave at the end of the season. Did he not meet their objectives? He secured premiership status. What were they expecting, top 6 finish? Serve them right if next manager relegates them next season.

See my little post above.
Big loss in form and player confidence cost Flores. You are right though - not exactly certain the new manager will be any better! Pozzos will expect a younger more attacking side I feel but then when you only have 2 strikers all season it's hard to keep scoring and when you play with no real width. |

And now Chelsea have changed their minds. Perhaps seeing Man City waste countless millions on useless centre halves or having to play Mikel as a centre half recently or even Conti has spoken up have probably secured Terry another year if he wants it. Although seeing more recent comments from Terry about "a new role" perhaps their plan is Terry not to be a first choice centre half. |

Personally i dont think so. You only have a finite salary budget and a finite number of players you can name in your squad. So Terry on top whack and being the age he is i believe they didn't want to take a chance on him still being at his peak next season so were going down an alternative route. Didn't Giggs only get 12mth contracts (well 8 or 9) for the last 8-9 years of his playing career?

That rumor about José going to man u doesn't seem to be going away. I did read that giggs said he'd leave if José comes. Maybe that's not a bad idea because giggs is obviously expecting to get the job at some point and its never gonna happen until be gets some managerial experience.
