Arsenal score a second against Villa. For now, second seems to be theirs.

EDIT: Make that 3-0. You know you can't defend when Giroud nets a hat-trick against you!

Stewards here definitely saying device, including phone, was strapped to gas pipe. Not confirmed. MUFC say their own security found it.
The "strapped to gas pipe" is the most significant and concerning element of that report.

Spurs playing like a team whose spirit has been broken by Leicester's unyielding march to the title.

Newcastle now 4-1 and to be honest it could be 6-1

Make that 5-1!!!!

To fall below Arsenal in their capitulation is going to be a very bitter pill to swallow.

4-1 Newcastle...

Newcastle going down with pride

5-1 at St James' Park

Only Tottenham can finish 3rd in a two-team title race.

The media will do their best to cover up spurs bottling 2nd and losing 5-1 and focus on Arsenal fans celebrating finishing above spurs like they won the league after a poor season............Who cares

Stoke goal significant meaning they would reply on United winning the cup for Europe

Spurs look like the side being relegated, Newcastle the one in the Champions league next season. Newcastle hugely helped by the sending off of their thug (Mitrovic).

Southampton 4-1 up - they're fifth with Manchester United still to face Bournemouth.
West Ham losing at Stoke 2-1, meaning the Manchester side in red currently sit sixth.

If Manchester United win the Cup is there anything to play for for them? A FA Cup win leads to qualification to the Europa League group stage, doesn't it?

So man city get 4th. Let's face it man u didn't deserve it although to be fair neither did man city since they've both been shit this season. Surely this ends LVG's short reign at man u.

Arsenal's season of discontent is going to finish with them clinching their highest league position in 11 years above a Spurs side who pretty much outpaced them all season long.

As someone once said, it's a funny old game.
